The kitchen is a particular kind of pressure: collaborative, unforgiving, and entirely serious about the end result. The photography is simple by design, documentary in intention, because the dish that makes it off the pass has already done the work. The rule is straightforward; if the chef hands it over, it gets photographed. If they don't, it doesn't.
